| Louisiana Part C Early Intervention is Louisiana’s early intervention system for infants and toddlers ages birth to three who have an established medical condition. This condition can be either physical or mental-with a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. The system also serves infants and toddlers who, without an established medical condition, are determined to be delayed in cognitive, physical, communication, social/emotional or adaptive development.
